SHAWM

   
Definition: European double reed wind instrument dating from the 12th century or earlier. Probably imported from the middle east and is the predecessor of the oboe. Most European countries have a folk version of it. See Bombarde, Gralla etc.

CLASSICAL GUITAR STRINGS

Strings for Classical and Flamenco guitars. Choose soft tension strings for ease of playing. Hard tension strings give the biggest sound. All six strings have a nylon core even though the outer part of the lower strings is wound with metal.
